Alexis Ziemski is a 19 year old traveling artist based out of Cleveland, Ohio. Traveling everywhere from California to Florida, Ohio has always remained her favorite place because it is home.
Lex grew up in Old Brooklyn and has lived everywhere in Ohio from Vermillion to Ashtabula. Throughout her entire childhood she has always been very passionate about arts. She was drawing and painting before grade school, and stumbled into her love of photography after developing a strong interest in disposable & 35mm film cameras. When Alexis went on a family trip to Yosemite National Park in California, she bought her first digital camera and became deeply inspired by her interest in photography.
Over the years she has has picked up on a lot of different styles. She primarily focus on fine-art portrait & landscape photography where she expresses movement, color and emotions through her work, but also enjoys photographing abandoned ruins, street photography and ballet. She loves to explore, so being a photographer goes hand in hand in discovering new locations for photoshoots. Beside photography, she does a lot of drawing, painting and design work. She is a photographer & creative for Ballet in the City, artÉmotion, The #KeepBalletAlive project, and more.
